STEP 1: YOUR IDEA, YOUR WAY

Following the review of all expected and forecasted Schedules, Costs, and Methods we take the time to sit down with you and discuss how we want to approach your project. Here is where we answer, How will it be done? How much would it cost? and When will it be done?. A Clear path is defined and we answer your questions.
With the understanding of your “Why and What”, We determine a plan to get your project done with Cost, Time, and Delivery in mind; Respecting all municipality requirements.
Now that an agreement is in place. We start coordination with sub contractors, begin processing with the municipality to meet regulations and inspections on time, and begin your project. A clean and safe area is maintained on site while construction is in place.
After construction is completed meeting municipal requirements and inspections, the project is closed out. Your project is yours along with all warranties and as-builts for your future use.
